I think the pricing side might actually become one of the biggest deciding factors for small businesses, it’s one thing for a tool to be powerful, but if you can’t easily predict what you’ll spend as usage grows, it makes budgeting really difficult, would be interesting to see SaaS reviews start showing the actual cost at different usage levels instead of just the starting price.
