I think stack bloat is going to become an even bigger problem as AI makes it easier for companies to add new tools, a long feature list can look impressive, but if a product doesn’t noticeably improve the workflow or save time, it’s just another subscription to manage, measuring actual ROI and how much friction a tool removes seems like a much better way to evaluate it.
