I think “operator” is the right way to put it, a lot of AI SaaS still feels like a smarter search box where the user has to figure out the next step themselves, the bigger opportunity is software that understands the context, makes decisions within clear limits, and actually completes the task, that’s where the value of AI becomes much easier to measure.
