I agree. The real measure of Chatbase’s value isn’t the subscription price alone, but how much support workload it can reliably take off the team. If it can resolve issues end-to-end rather than just answer FAQs, the ROI becomes much clearer. Usage costs and accuracy are definitely the two areas I’d monitor closely as volume grows.
