Chatbase is becoming not just an AI assistant but an AI owning parts of the support workflow. The chatbot itself has become almost interchangeable and what matters more often is whether the AI can access real customer data, take actions, follow business rules, and hand off to humans with the right context. That’s where I’d measure whether a platform has really evolved beyond being a chatbot.
