I think customers care about resolution more than speed. An instant “we’re looking into it” doesn’t help much if the actual answer takes hours. AI is useful when it can handle the simple stuff immediately—order status, returns, account questions—and know when a human is needed. The standard isn’t really “instant replies” anymore; it’s fast, accurate resolution.
