I think that’s the right way to evaluate an infrastructure tool. The first impression is usually the UI, but the real test is what happens during an actual incident when you need answers quickly. I’d be especially interested in whether Better Stack continues to feel efficient once you have more services, alerts, and team members involved. Sometimes a tool feels great with a small setup but the workflow changes significantly at scale. For anyone who has used it for a few months, the long-term experience would probably be more useful than a feature-by-feature comparison.
