AI is changing not only how SaaS products are built, but also what customers expect those products to actually do. Customer retention, pricing, integrations, and support are also closely connected. A product can have great features, but if customers don’t see consistent value or struggle to get help, churn can quickly become a problem. I think the biggest opportunity is for SaaS companies to focus less on adding features and more on automating meaningful workflows, improving the customer experience, and delivering measurable outcomes. The companies that adapt to that shift will have a much stronger chance of standing out in an increasingly crowded market.
