I think the real value of AI support is when it can actually solve the problem, not just give instructions. Being able to check information and take simple actions can save both the customer and support team a lot of time. At the same time, clear limits are important so the AI knows when to hand things over to a human. For me, resolution is a much better measure than just how many questions the AI answers.
