Every new AI SaaS gets the “blank text box” completely wrong. Founders assume that giving users an open-ended, ChatGPT-style prompt field is the ultimate feature, thinking flexibility equals value. In reality, it forces users to do all the heavy lifting. Instead of solving a problem, it hands them a blank canvas and asks them to figure out how to use the software.
