I think the strongest point here is that newer doesn’t automatically mean better. The real advantage comes from whether a tool can simplify the workflow and produce a measurable improvement. AI makes this even more interesting because the best alternatives aren’t just adding another feature they’re reducing the amount of manual work teams have to do. Cost, integrations, reliability, and scalability still matter, but the biggest differentiator may ultimately be how much complexity a platform removes.
