For me, the main thing I’d look at isn’t just which AI agent has the most features, but whether it actually fits the way the startup works, a tool can look great on paper, but if it’s complicated to set up or doesn’t understand the business properly, it probably won’t be that useful, i’d rather start with something simple that handles the common questions well and build from there.
